About earnings: Nigerian public-sector specialist pay is tied to the CONMESS grade and employer, not a unique fixed salary for every specialty. The National Salaries, Incomes and Wages Commission publishes the official salary structures. The 2024 CONMESS implementation gives an entry consultant basic figure of about ₦829,386/month; allowances and private-sector arrangements can change actual earnings. Always check the latest official circular before relying on a figure.
